Legs up the Wall

10-15 minutes

Set Up:

Start in legs up wall, no props other than mat. Press feet into wall and slide rectangular blanket under sacrum. Place additional thin blanket under head. Optional, bind thighs with strap.

Purpose Of The Pose:

This pose is called the Great Rejuvenator
Reduces swelling & fatique legs.
Enhances health of circulatory system.
Neutralizes the body.
Opens and quiets your mind.

Sensory Guidance:

Enjoy the sensation of fatigue draining from your legs, back and your shoulders.
The brain sinks back towards the back of the head.
